My Personal Life Vision... is a world where everyone courageously searches their heart, pursues their dreams with excellence, honor and self-respect, inspiring others along the way.

I know it's odd, but I have a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. While working as an IBM engineering consultant in Paris, I felt the need to photograph in black and white. I purchased an old Nikon manual camera, and Voila! I was hooked.

When I moved back to the United States, I knew my 13 year engineering career was over. I studied with some nationally renowned photographers, and I practiced. And practiced some more. Finally, I held my breath, followed my heart, and launched my own business. That was over ten years ago!

My goal is to achieve your goals. We work as a team to capture the personality of your child in a manner that is enjoyable to them. I work hard, and with a thankful nod to IBM, I believe I'm one of the most professional people in the photography business. At IBM, I was focused on client satisfaction with a particular software product. Check out my "Word on the Street" section, and you'll see for yourself that my clients are not only 99% SATISFIED with my work, 97% of them rate their experience as EXCELLENT. That's my goal with each and every client. "Satisfied" just isn't good enough.

My commercial clients include Style magazine, American Greetings, La-Z-Boy, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings, and children's clothing stores. I've shot calendars for Farmer Jack, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Variety-Far. I work as hard for them as I do for you.
